The public resume builder generates previews and PDFs in your browser. It does not send the details you enter to our database. Draft saving is optional and uses this device’s browser storage. Use “Clear my details” to remove the draft, or turn draft saving off. Downloads remain on your device until you delete them. General website analytics still apply; we do not send resume form values as analytics events.

When you use the client portal, we collect the name and email address you provide. When you submit a project request, we also collect the project name, project type, work mode, hosting preference, description, and any other details you choose to include.

Developers who apply or use the developer portal may provide their name, email, phone number, portfolio or resume link, skills, and availability.

We use this information to create and manage project requests, contact you about a request, arrange meetings, evaluate developer applications, provide portal access, and keep our records accurate. We do not use project details to build advertising profiles.

Project and account records are stored with our application data provider, Supabase. Portal session details may also be stored in your browser so the portal can recognize your active session. We use access controls appropriate to the service and limit access to people who need it to operate the business.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when it is needed to operate the service, deliver an agreed project, respond to a legal request, or protect the service and its users. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, and project operations.

You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you, subject to records we need to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can also ask what information we hold and withdraw from non-essential communications. Contact us at ccfoundationweb@gmail.com.
